Student Loans extended to distance learners (living in Scotland)

The Scottish Government have announced that tuition fee loans of £5,500 are to be made available to distance learning students (living in Scotland) on taught postgraduate courses from next year (2018-2019). http://news.gov.scot/news/new-support-for-distance-learning-postgraduate-students
